1. Get in touch with us using the contact details provided on our website. An organising consultant will call you within 24 hours to arrange an initial meeting, we call this "Meeting One".

2. During our "Meeting One'" we will ask you questions about yourself. What your lifestyle is, what outcomes you want, what particular aesthetic you are looking for and what the current situation of your living space(s) is. Then we ask you for photos to determine the scope and effort of your specific task.

3. You will receive a cost estimate within 48 hours of the initial meeting. The estimate will be divided into two parts. The first part is an hourly rate. The second part includes all the purchases we need to make to give your living area(s) the look and feel you want.

4. When you are ready to proceed with your estimate, simply sign and return the contract. 50% of the total price is payable in advance. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of your work.
